• You will be called as soon as the special order has arrived in-store

• Please allow at least one week advance notice to book your first consultation to discuss design, fabrics, and measurements with the designer
• We will call you with a quote within the following week

• There will be a fitting with the toille where you can finalise design and fit
• Please allow for 8 weeks for custom corsetry to be completed
• Custom Corsetry receipt must be presented upon pick-up of fully paid-off item/s

• We do not offer cash refunds
• We will consider a exchange or store credit if an item is proven faulty
• Claims on items (new, with tags attached) must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Some items can not be exchanged or returned:

  • cosmetics and beauty products
  • body jewellery and hair accessories
  • lingerie, hosiery and swimwear
