• A minimum non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total price or $25 is required
• 30 days (however, if you need additional time, please give us a call and we'll see what we can sort out)
• Lay By receipt must be presented upon pick-up of fully paid-off item/s

• We will notify you as soon as the special order has arrived in-store
• Special Order receipt must be presented upon pick-up of fully paid-off item/s

• Please allow at least one week advance notice to book your first consultation to discuss design, fabrics, and measurements with the designer
• We will call you with a quote within the following week and a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before your toille and corset will be started
• There will be a fitting appointment with the toille where you can finalise design and fit
• Please allow 8 weeks for custom corsetry to be completed
• Custom Corsetry receipt must be presented upon pick-up of fully paid-off item/s

• We do not offer cash refunds
• We will consider an exchange or store credit if an item is proven faulty
• Claims on items (new, with tags attached) must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Some items can not be exchanged or returned:
  • sale items
  • cosmetics and beauty products
  • body jewellery and hair accessories
  • lingerie, hosiery and swimwear

Any personal or financial details you provide to us will not be given nor sold to other parties.
